A new book, a fresh season of inspiration, and an unforgettable event came together to celebrate the launch of the 2025 Nashville Book of Weddings in the most memorable way. Hosted at the iconic Cheekwood Estate & Gardens, the event served as both a celebration and a showcase of the talent that defines the Wed Society Nashville membership network.
With EL Events leading the planning, every detail was thoughtfully executed. Beautiful Things Floral & Design curated a modern design of fashion runway meets bridal that filled the space with texture and color, while Quest Events Nashville elevated the atmosphere with custom draping. Stylish rentals from Please Be Seated, along with a Wed Society Nashville-branded runner down the center of our runway-style seating by The Original Runner Co., set the stage.
From a one-of-a-kind live painting by Cynthia Midori Art & Design to a showstopping ice sculpture by Designed Ice, there were artful details around every corner. BelleBeck Designs created custom signage for the bar, stage, and the event, bringing the branding to life in a personalized way.
Guests sipped and snacked thanks to catering by Actual Food Nashville and Chef’s Market, with sweets from BROA Bespoke Treats that were (almost) too cute to eat. The Asulon Collective Coffee Cart brought the perfect mid-day pick-me-up with artisanal lattes and espresso drinks.
A performance by Curtsy Ballroom, complete with dancers styled in attire from Liz Leigh Bridal Studio and JM Street Menswear & Tuxedo, was the perfect way to kick off the cover reveal portion of the event. Add in the elegant sounds of Jonathan Joel on violin and DJ entertainment by Ignite Excitement, and you’ve got a vibe that feels both elevated and fun.
The day was beautifully captured by The Hardcastle’s Photography and Kathy Thomas Photography, with video coverage by Red Rock Wedding Films. And of course, Content by Madie Ice was on-site, capturing all the behind-the-scenes magic as it unfolded!
Guests walked away with keepsake bookmarks from Hannah Bergen Heirlooms, the perfect way to mark their favorite pages in the Book of Weddings.

One of the most anticipated moments of the day was the official unveiling of the magazine, revealing the stunning cover for the very first time. To commemorate the occasion, all of the talented vendors who brought the cover wedding to life were invited on stage for a group photo, joined by the sweetest cover couple themselves, Mr. and Mrs. Michael Greenberg.
