Nashville Wed Connect

At the beginning of November, members of the Nashville wedding community gathered at the stunning Bridge Building for an unforgettable evening of learning, networking, and inspiration. Wed Connect brought together venues, planners, caterers, florists, and many other industry professionals to connect over shared goals and insights. The event kicked off with a lively cocktail hour featuring Elle Jae McCaul’s live music, paired with delicious appetizers and drinks, thanks to the catering team at Infinity Hospitality Group.

The event highlighted collaboration and knowledge-sharing with an engaging panel discussion led by Nathaniel Beaver of Infinity Hospitality Group, Stefanie Skelley of Reverie Social, and Khloe Jackson of W Events. They dove into hot topics like wedding trends, administrative best practices, and the latest software tools to streamline business operations. Between these expert insights and the buzzing conversations, Wed Connect became a hub of inspiration and innovation for all who attended.

The space was brought to life with incredible contributions from our sponsors. The incredible planning team at Infinity Hospitality Group ensured that this evening was one to be remembered. Elegant linens from Reverie Social, stunning floral arrangements by Larson Floral, and stunning furniture from Event Works Rentals transformed the venue. DWK Event Co. added flair with their customized backdrops, while BROA Bespoke Treats delighted attendees with Wed Society truffles placed on every table. Guests enjoyed interactive elements & sweet treats like a Memories Photo Booth, Cowboy Cannolis, and the charming The Little Southern Ice Cream Cart, creating a fun and relaxed atmosphere. Behind the scenes, Rebecca Musayev and Onward Photography captured the event’s energy and joy, while Abi Rose Content ensured no detail went unnoticed.
