There’s something truly special about gathering Nashville’s wedding community under one roof, especially when that roof happens to be the stunning Noelle Nashville. Nestled in the heart of downtown, this chic, historic venue set the tone for an unforgettable evening filled with connection, collaboration, and inspiration. From the glow of the city outside to the soft lavender and blush tones woven throughout the design, every element of Wed Connect reflected what makes this industry so remarkable.

The Details

The talented team at Siena & Co. Events took the lead in bringing the evening’s vision to life. Their thoughtful approach ensured that every moment, from the first guest arrival to the final toast, unfolded effortlessly. The space came alive with lush floral arrangements by LMA Designs, who artfully blended delicate lavender and soft pink blooms to create the most romantic scene. Beautiful linens from Luxe Linens elevated the tablescapes and complemented the soft color palette beautifully.

Guests enjoyed a culinary experiences curated by the Noelle team, featuring delicious canapés and handcrafted cocktails, along with fresh sushi by Ricey & Co. Catering and decadent cakes from Sarah’s Baking Co. Each bite was as pretty as it was delicious and a perfect pairing to the evening’s elevated atmosphere.

No detail was overlooked, thanks to Ledgewood Fine Stationery, whose stationery and signage carried the event’s aesthetic in the most cohesive way through sponsor signs, bar signs, and a beautiful invitation suite. To make the experience even more memorable, Atelier De Fleur Parfumerie South crafted a custom fragrance for the evening with a sample for guests to take home and enjoy.

The music lineup was equally impressive. Second Song set the tone with a mix that kept the energy high, while live violin and saxophone performances by Jonathan Joel and Tim Grieme added an unforgettable layer of excitement to the evening.

Adding to the beauty, Adorn Bridal showcased stunning dress displays that brought a fashion-forward element to the space. The design came together seamlessly with glowing tabletop lamps from Mack Hatcher Events and modern acrylic ghost bar stools from Quest Events that elevated the panel setup. Completing the scene, custom fabric signage by Bivins Banner Co. added a personalized touch.

Every thoughtful detail and joyful connection was captured beautifully by Sara Grace Photography, whose passion behind the lens preserved the evening perfectly. Sara Grace went above and beyond to be sure every moment was remembered.

The Inspiring Panel

One of the highlights of the evening was the panel discussion, which brought together some of Nashville’s most talented voices in the wedding industry. The conversation featured Lauren Sartain of LMA Designs, Priscilla Stewart of Infinity Hospitality Group & The Estate at Cherokee Dock, Bentley Caldwell of Bentley Caldwell Styling, and Cynthia Midori of Cynthia Midori Art & Design, who offered a unique perspective as both an artist and a recent bride herself. Each panelist shared valuable insights into their craft, from design inspiration and wedding trends to the importance of authenticity, collaboration, and connection with each couple they work with. The conversation set the tone for the evening, leaving guests both inspired and energized.

As we look back on Wed Connect, we’re filled with so much gratitude for the talented team who made this night one to remember. It was an evening that celebrated the people behind it all, the incredible vendors who continue to make Nashville’s wedding community truly shine.
