This month, we are so excited to present our August 2026 Vows That Wow and highlight Addison & Seve’s beautiful Belle Meade wedding day.
A Celebration Designed To Shine
From the moment guests arrived, Addison & Seve’s wedding was a true reflection of their style and vision. A polished palette of blue and sage, layered patterns, statement floral installations and unexpected touches gave the day a sophisticated look with plenty of personality.
The reception space took that vision even further, transformed through thoughtful additions that made the room feel immersive rather than simply decorated. Lighting by The West Era, beautiful florals, a custom dance floor and carefully selected rentals all played a role in the finished look. White Door Events went above and beyond with custom draping that wrapped the space in color and texture, while layered pieces from Curated Events Nashville and The West Era brought dimension throughout the room.
An Experience Designed For Their Guests
Beyond the beautiful design, Addison & Seve put just as much thought into how their guests would experience the celebration. The reception was layered with soft seating and inviting lounge areas, giving guests plenty of opportunities to settle in, gather and enjoy the evening. This helped shape the atmosphere, while personal touches, from custom matches and cocktail napkins to bar menus and tambourines, added personality throughout the room.
That same thoughtfulness carried into the dinner. Rather than choosing a traditional plated meal or buffet, Addison worked with the culinary team to create three interactive food stations inspired by her vision: Southern Comfort, Asian Street Food and Amore Italiano. The result was a meal that felt just as memorable as the rest of the wedding, allowing guests to move throughout the room and enjoy a variety of dishes together. It was one more way the couple made their reception feel less like a traditional wedding and more like a celebration thoughtfully shaped around the people they love.
Moments They’ll Never Forget
While the design made a lasting impression, it was the little moments throughout the day that made the celebration unforgettable for Addison and Seve. One of their most emotional memories came immediately after the ceremony, when they walked back down the aisle as newlyweds to Viva La Vida by Coldplay. Halfway down the aisle, friends toward the back of the church stood up cheering and celebrating. Addison described the moment as feeling “like a scene out of Love Actually,” and remembered the overwhelming feeling of seeing so many people they loved celebrating alongside them.
Their first dance brought a fun kind of energy. After putting off learning a dance for much of the planning process, the couple ultimately learned a simple routine to I Can’t Take My Eyes Off of You, complete with a lift, spin and dip. They were nervous going into it, but ended up nailing the routine, and the surprised reactions from their friends and family made the moment even more memorable.
And then there was the ending. Choosing Mr. Brightside by The Killers as their final song gave the reception one last burst of energy, with everyone singing along on the dance floor before gathering for the couple’s exit. As Addison and Seve made their way through the line of loved ones, they could hear their friends and family continuing to sing and cheer.
“The whole day felt surreal, but that moment especially did,” Addison shared. “It was just the perfect ending to the best day.”
