A Colorful Spring Vision at Southall Farm & Inn
Libby & Max’s wedding day at Southall Farm & Inn was a true celebration of color, creativity, and intentional design. Set against the natural beauty of the property, the day unfolded with a vibrant palette that felt fresh, expressive, and captured the couple’s style beautifully.
The entire celebration was infused with bold hues, unique patterns and a design that was unlike any other. From the waterfront ceremony to the open-air tented reception, every space felt thoughtfully curated while still allowing the authentic joy and energy of the day to shine through.
A Design Filled with Personality and Beautiful Details
One of the most memorable aspects of the celebration was the level of personalization woven throughout every detail. The design embraced a mix of prints, patterns, and color that felt eclectic yet cohesive, creating an immersive experience for guests from the moment they arrived.
Whimsical bee motifs added a playful touch throughout the day, most notably in the creative “Please Bee Seated” escort display where guest names appeared on bee illustrations. Honeycomb-inspired drink toppers carried the theme into the cocktail hour and reception, adding a subtle and charming nod to the couple’s vision.
White Ink Calligraphy elevated the celebration with beautifully crafted paper goods and signage, tying together the details of the day with their artistic touch.
Meaningful Favors & Personal Touches
Beyond the bold design moments, Libby & Max’s wedding was filled with personal details that made the celebration feel truly one-of-a-kind. One of the most meaningful and unique elements of the day came through custom silk scarves printed with artwork originally created by the bride’s father, an heirloom-inspired detail that doubled as a special keepsake for guests.
That same sense of individuality carried into Libby’s bridal style. Her fitted halter-neck gown, adorned with three-dimensional appliqués, was another reflection of the day’s distinctive style. Just like the celebration itself, it balanced modern elegance with bold personality, adding another meaningful layer to the day.
Every detail was intentionally planned, from the curated lounge spaces to the reception design. Rentals from Curated Events Nashville and The West Era, paired with elegant draping by White Door Events, brought the vision to life.
Libby & Max’s Favorite Moments
When reflecting on their wedding day, Libby shared that the speeches stood out as one of her favorite parts of the celebration, noting how meaningful it was to hear loved ones share heartfelt words throughout the evening. Max shared that one of his most memorable moments was watching Libby walk down the aisle, a moment that grounded the celebration and marked the start of their new chapter together.
