The anticipated 2026 Book of Weddings has arrived, and we celebrated accordingly with the premier wedding vendors across Middle Tennessee. Hosted at the grand Fisher Center, the unveiling was a showcase of the talent that defines the Wed Society Nashville network and each love story we have the honor of sharing.
The planning and design were thoughtfully executed by Let’s Do This Events, while Duke Concierge delivered top-tier event support. Their collaboration resulted in an event that was truly show-stopping. As guests entered the welcome space, they were met with a Vogue-style photo booth from Ignite Excitement, an incredible ice display by Designed Ice, and custom, curated coffees from The Roaring Bean Coffee Co.
The guest experience was turned up a notch with curated craft cocktails from Before & Beyond, and spirits and wine provided from RED Spirits & Wine. Served behind a one-of-a-kind bar fabricated by White Door Events, featuring the day’s signature marbling design brought to life by White Ink Calligraphy. Before lunch was served, guests were treated to an alluring cocktail hour of hors d’oeuvres with roaming caviar by Shuck & Saddle. It was then time for the grand reveal. Guests were danced into the main space by ballerinas from Goodness Gracious Creative, an element that spoke to the immersive intention of the day.
333 Designs embraced the pastel pop theme with florals that took everyone’s breath away. With a beautiful installation above the cover reveal and sculptural arrangements that wowed, the florals were a standout feature everywhere guests looked. Setting the scene for a special afternoon. I Do Linens provided a beautiful base for the tabletop, accompanied by rentals from Southern Events & Mack Hatcher Events. Guests dined in style as they enjoyed a refined meal from Dream Events & Catering. A sweet treat was waiting for each guest at the table, a custom cookie by With Love, Cake Co. that was as pretty as it was delicious! While guests enjoyed their meal, they were entertained by the talented dueling Rock & Roll Pianos, provided by EastCoast Entertainment, which had the guests singing along, in true Nashville flair!
White Ink Calligraphy’s designs filled the space from the custom swan escort cards, event signage, menus, table numbers, and custom marbling that concealed the cover until it was time to reveal. Guiding the way to the grand reveal display by White Door Events were chic ghost chairs by Southern Events and a custom runner by Original Runner Co., a signature moment for Wed Society Nashville’s cover-reveal celebrations.
The day was beautifully captured by Kimberly Kimble Photography, with video coverage by Big Hill Productions. Content by Samantha was on-site, capturing every moment as it unfolded. This talented team ensured that not a moment or detail was missed, and now we have the pleasure of reliving this day over and over again.
We’re still swooning over the celebration.
